Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the Board consists of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson, the Director of Health (non-voting member), and one other Director elected to the Executive Committee by the Board. The Executive Committee of the Board is authorized, within parameters of the Board’s bylaws, to act on behalf of the Board on urgent matters when the Board is not in session or when convening the full Board is not possible or practical.
