Capital Improvement Committee

The Capital Improvement Committee has been assigned to examine rent and operational costs, consider the options of a centralized versus a decentralized office model (or a hybrid thereof), and to develop a capital improvement plan particularly for computers and needed technology over a 3-5 year period.
