In a diagonal swath cutting across our country from Oregon to South Carolina, a once-in-a-lifetime total eclipse of the sun will occur on Monday, August 21.  Here in Connecticut, we will experience a partial eclipse of the sun.  Please see NASA's website below to learn how to safely observe this incredible astronomical event.
