No appointment needed! Come visit Lisa & Amy with any health related questions, or if you need any of the following services:

  • Blood pressure screening

  • Hepatitis C Antibody testing and guidance with results

  • Health education guidance

  • Opioid overdose education & Naloxone (narcan) training

  • Free naloxone

  • Free harm reduction items : Fentanyl test strips, Xylazine test strips

  • Connections to community services for :

    • Health insurance

    • Substance Use Disorder support for individuals and their friends/family

    • Primary Care providers

    • Any other service that you may need, and don’t know how to reach.

Services offered through our division:

  • Hepatitis C Antibody Testing

  • Blood pressure screenings & education

  • Pre-Diabetes “Healthy Lifestyles” education classes

  • Seasonal influenza vaccinations (children’s, adult & high dose for seniors 65+)

  • RSV, COVID-19 and Pneumococcal vaccinations in partnership with Beacon Pharmacy

  • Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services, including: free naloxone (Narcan), fentanyl strips, peer support, and connections to local support groups and services

  • Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Friends & Family support groups

  • Overdose education & Narcan training classes
